MIC, tell us a little more about how you got into music?
It started when I would come home from school wanting to watch cartoons and my brother always hid the remote to change the channel so he can watch music videos and made me throw out my toys and put me on to his favorite artists.
I took it serious once I saw my friends doing it and 50 Cent's global domination.
Your music is a vibe! What does your creative process look like when it comes to making songs?
My creative process starts with finding a beat that emotionally speaks to me.
Once I find the pocket and concept I say it repeatedly in my mind and visualize making a short film.
You are a very respected artist; what would you say to aspiring artists who look up to your work?
It may be cliché but you have to consistently work towards YOUR ultimate goal.
You may not get the response you’re looking for the first time around, keep working keep perfecting your craft.
“Use the fuel of HATE to make you GREAT!”
