Jay, Tell us a little more about how you got into music?
Growing up, I had a lot of musical influence between my mother and father.
Although they were split up, on one side there was country/pop and the other side was rap/underground music.
I had love for everything.
I would have to give the main credit to my brother Matt who introduced me to the music industry and the ways of being an artist.

Your music is a vibe! What does your creative process look like when it comes to making songs?
Love this question.
Honestly, it depends on the task at hand.
If I’m writing a song like Different Hunan or Dream, those songs take me weeks of editing and practicing to nail perfectly.
But songs like cash guns, cash rich, furnace and my other vibes; those are on the fly, roughly 5-20 minutes of work and it hits every time.
You are a very respected artist; what would you say to aspiring artists who look up to your work?
What I would say is the most important is marketing and promoting yourself.
No one will do it for you if you can’t do it yourself & as a manager, I see this in too many cases, artists whose music is so good and they are so talented but refuse to put even $100 into an ad to gain fans.
Sorry, but we live in a generation where labels are fueling tens of thousands of dollars into ads for their artists.
Do you think you can cut thru all those people for free without paying your way?
You just recently had another baby! What's it like being a father and full time artist?
Before I start, all praise goes to his mother @AlaskaGreyy for her delivery and being a 100% warrior!
But it’s a life I adore.
Being able to be home with my son full time as well as juggle an entire career not only for myself but my 5 artists and many clients, I’m busy all the time and I love it.
Doesn’t matter how rich or successful you get when you’re happy.
Roman was an amazing addition to the family and he’s extremely loved by many!
Do you have anything new or upcoming we can expect to see from you?
I have a few features on the way such as a cool remix of "Tempted To Touch" by Rupee with Austin Group Tribe Mafia and a feature with my artist Nicki Tha Great, a talented R&B singer from New York.
