Jai, tell us a little more about how you got into modeling!
I had an interest in modeling, but because I was a basketball player the tomboy in me didn’t want to rock the heels.
I didn’t have a full understanding about modeling until I moved to Dallas, Tx.
From there, I understood that modeling was a broad industry with different types of modeling.
I started to connect with like-minded people, being in a circle of creative misfits allowed me to enhance what I currently have and collaborate and create memorable moments.
You truly are a jack of all trades! How did you get into music?
Music was always apart of me.
I wasn’t fully ready to allow that side of me to come out until I had an interview with a Dallas DJ divulged that I had a nice vocal pitch for singing.
This piqued the interest of a local publicist who started submitting my credentials around the city.
What would you say to aspiring artists who look up to your work?
"Don’t wait on any opportunities, create the opportunity”.
